Duties Handle all phases of insurance coverage analysis and civil litigation in state and federal court. Regularly interface with clients and other counsel. Participate in mediations. Provide strategic legal advice to insurance company clients. Attend court hearings and oral arguments both remotely and in-person. Requirements Active bar license in California. Three years of civil litigation experience in either state or federal court. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license in California. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
