ATL Professional Services, LLC is currently seeking an On-site Sr. Management Analyst in Falls Church, VA. Senior Management Analyst POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Management Analyst provides Mission Assurance (MA) and Force Health Protection (FHP) support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This position supports efforts to ensure mission-essential functions can continue across a broad range of threats and hazards.The Senior Management Analyst supports risk management, critical infrastructure protection, continuity of operations, mission assurance assessments, critical asset identification, and related program activities. The position coordinates with DHA, Military Health System (MHS), Combatant Commands (CCMDs), military Services, and other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations to support Mission Assurance requirements and activities.This position requires an active Secret security clearance and may involve support of classified material and data up to the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level, as required by the contract.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Mission Assurance & Force Health ProtectionSupport the DHA Mission Assurance program, including Force Health Protection, Readiness, and Law Enforcement activities.Assist with the identification and assessment of critical infrastructure, Defense Critical Assets (DCAs), and Task Critical Assets (TCAs).Coordinate and update annual TCA lists with appropriate stakeholders.Assist critical asset owners with Mission Assurance risk management activities and risk management packages.Support the development, implementation, and oversight of activities required to meet DoD Mission Assurance responsibilities.Assist with identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks to missions, systems, and assets supporting Force Health Protection and health services capabilities.Support Mission Assurance working groups, sector plans, assessments, and related activities.Risk Management & AssessmentsIntegrate physical security, Operations Security (OPSEC), and Antiterrorism (AT) considerations into the Mission Assurance risk management framework.Support Joint Mission Assurance Assessments (JMAAs) of Defense Critical Assets and Task Critical Assets.Assist in developing Force Health Protection Mission Assurance benchmarks for JMAAs.Identify vulnerabilities and risks that could impact mission execution and strategic MHS and FHP capabilities.Document assessment results and provide information to DHA and MHS directors and senior leadership.Coordinate with stakeholders to support risk-reduction priorities and risk management decisions.Support the evaluation of Mission Assurance mitigation and emergency response plans.Critical Assets & InfrastructureIdentify and assess critical infrastructure and key resources necessary for mission success.Support the identification and nomination of Task Critical Assets based on Agency mission-essential tasks and capabilities.Conduct strategic dependency analysis and mission decomposition activities.Support the validation and submission of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Task Critical Assets.Prepare and submit mission impact statements and required baseline information for validated critical assets.Coordinate with asset owners and stakeholders to maintain accurate critical asset information.Mission Assurance Systems & DataProvide technical database support for Mission Assurance systems, including the SIPR Critical Asset Dependency Analysis Tool (CADAT) and Mission Assurance Assessment Data System (MAADS).Access and utilize the Global Mission Assurance Portal (GMAP) to review and analyze intelligence information in support of Mission Assurance activities.Monitor the accuracy of Mission Assurance system-of-record data for validated Tier 1 and Tier 2 TCAs and associated information.Work with TCA owners to identify and resolve data accuracy issues.Maintain accurate Defense Critical Infrastructure information within applicable Mission Assurance systems.Continuity & Incident ResponseAssist with the development, testing, and maintenance of Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans.Support the development and maintenance of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).Support incident command protocols, emergency response activities, and crisis management operations.Assist with exercises and evaluations of Mission Assurance-related mitigation and emergency response plans.Program Coordination & SupportCoordinate and collaborate with DHA, MHS, Combatant Commands, military Services, DoD Components, and other applicable organizations.Collect, analyze, and disseminate Mission Assurance-related threat and hazard information, as appropriate.Support the Joint Staff integrated Mission Assurance assessment program and Integrated Assessment Schedule (IAS).Assist in establishing, evaluating, and updating Mission Assurance goals, objectives, and standards.Support Mission Assurance education, outreach, and training activities.Prepare analyses, reports, briefings, recommendations, and other documentation in support of Mission Assurance activities and senior leadership requirements.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESKnowledge of Mission Assurance, risk management, critical infrastructure protection, continuity planning, or related DoD programs.Ability to analyze complex information and identify mission risks, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and potential impacts.Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and organizations.Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prepare reports, assessments, briefings, and recommendations for leadership.Ability to work with sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable security requirements.Ability to maintain accurate program and mission assurance data.SECURITY REQUIREMENTSMust possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.Must be able to meet all security and access requirements associated with the position.Duties works in a professional environment supporting DHA Mission Assurance and Force Health Protection requirements.
