Resident Care Assistant
Spectrum Retirement
Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a Resident Assistant for our Assisted Living unit on the 7pm–7am overnight shift. This full-time position supports residents with daily living activities, transports residents as needed, and responds quickly to emergencies while following care plans. A patient, respectful demeanor is essential. We offer benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and other voluntary options. Vaccination is encouraged but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
