Dietitian - Registered Dietitian Profession: Dietary Services Specialty: Dietitian Duration: 13 Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience preferred. License: Registered Dietitian (RD) - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) (Required). Certifications: Food Handlers Card (FH) - ANSI-approved Food Handlers certificate program (Required within 30 days). Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) (Preferred). Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian (CNSD) (Preferred). Must-Have: Bachelor's degree with Commission on Dietetic Registration if registered before a specified date, or Master's degree with Commission on Dietetic Registration if registered after that date. Description:The Dietitian will be responsible for covering adult inpatient mental health and detox units and acute adolescent mental health units.Healthy Living and Lifestyle groups will be taught on each unit weekly.Responsibilities include general nutrition screening and assessment, group education, and food service support as needed.The position requires experience in behavioral health or treatment centers.Patient diagnoses involve general nutrition, addictions, detox, mental health, and adolescent nutrition.Floating may be requested based on the needs of the facility.Candidates must have charting experience with a required system.Additional certifications in advanced life support may be necessary.All units require specialty experience within the last year. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
