Senior Manager, Special Events

Summary
The Senior Manager, Special Events leads regional experiential marketing strategy, translating enterprise campaigns into locally relevant events, partnerships, and activations. The role builds brand awareness, deepens customer engagement, and drives customer acquisition, retention, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional event strategies, localized activations, and in-store experiences.
- Lead event execution, assess business impact, provide insights to corporate partners, and manage the regional investment budget.
- Partner with regional leaders and cross-functional teams on customer acquisition, loyalty, and client retention initiatives.
- Lead and develop the regional event function, including coaching the Event Coordinator and establishing execution standards.
- Cultivate sponsorships, brand collaborations, and community partnerships, and represent the brand with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- At least five years of related experience.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and levels and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
