Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

RN Supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Evening Hours Per Week: 32 Hiring Range: Starting at $38.50/hour Actual compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff; may provide input on hiring, training, development, and evaluations. Assess daily patient care needs and develop/distribute patient care assignments to ensure appropriate care. Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address issues impacting outcomes. Ensure resident safety by identifying hazards and initiating corrective actions. Respond to patient care complaints through established channels. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Current and valid RN license in New York State. Required Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to apply critical thinking in all aspects of the role. Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and composure. Excellent customer service skills; integrity, friendliness, and compassion. Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
