Evaluate and interpret financial data to identify key trends and performance drivers. Prepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership and business partners. Build and maintain financial models to support planning and budgeting efforts. Collaborate with teams across the organization to assess the financial impact of initiatives. Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information through regular reconciliation and quality control. Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing financial efficiency and operational effectiveness. Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
