Work collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise integrated care approaches.

Provide education for patients and their families to foster progress beyond clinical appointments.

Conduct occasional speech therapy evaluations and interventions for inpatient care, ensuring comprehensive and continuous treatment.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation that complies with state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field through continuous learning and professional networking.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an institution accredited by the relevant authorities.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified with ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of starting.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies across various ages and a solid grounding in both congenital and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
