Join our Start of Care North team Most visits will be in Andover, Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Concord, Lawrence, Lexington, Lincoln, N. Billerica, Reading, Stoneham, Tewksbury, Wakefield, Wilmington, Winchester, and Woburn, with additional coverage in touching towns as needed. You'll work with a diverse patient population and provide care where patients live every day.Why you'll like this team You have independence, but you're never on your own. A schedule that works for you: Full-time (36-hours), Tuesday–Friday (9-hour days) with no evenings, 3 starts of care visits per day, and the autonomy to manage your own schedule and appointments. Ancillary support services: Scheduling coordinators, liaisons, and other support services help with the administrative and coordination needs of care, allowing you to spend more time focused on your patients. Monthly team meetings, and quarterly in-person team days help keep the team connected. Our MGB electronic documentation system gives you easy access to doctors' notes and orders, helping make communication and care coordination more seamless.
