How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, following clinical protocols to improve patient safety, quality outcomes, and overall patient experiences.
• Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems, and communicate updates to support timely patient care decisions.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination, efficient treatment plans, and positive patient outcomes.
• Assess discharge planning needs and perform nursing interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education:
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
