Position Schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm Primary Responsibilities Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800 Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving and maintenance Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio Ability to work onsite at 7167 E Kemper Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks Ability to lift to 30 pounds Ability to climb stairs and ladders Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
