WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Responsible for developing and maintaining business member relationships and identifying opportunities for growth within the communities the credit union serves.
• Leverages business network to create profitable relationships with business members by originating commercial loans, cross-selling products and generating deposits.
• Works with internal stakeholders to optimize the business member experience by filling the members needs and providing the highest level of service.
• Engages in community events to help strengthen business network.
• Works with the VP of Business Services and Director of Commercial Relationships to provide recommendations for improvement and help set the vision for growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent financial analysis abilities.
• Solid communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong public relations skills.
• Able to use all related computer applications and business machines.
• Strong organizational ability.
• Needs to be able to work independently in a remote setting.
