About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for nursing services. The CNO will also oversee nursing operations, including staffing models, productivity, and performance expectations, and will be the principal advocate for professional nursing practice, championing a culture of nursing excellence and Magnet principles.
