Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time & Per Diem

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in both full-time and per diem roles. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical function, mobility, strength, and range of motion
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings preferred

Employment Types

• Full-Time: Consistent schedule with benefits eligibility
• The starting hourly rate is $48.00 with adjustments made in accordance with the candidate's experience level
• Per Diem: Flexible, as-needed scheduling
