This boutique employment litigation firm focuses on selective, high-value single-plaintiff FEHA cases—no class actions or PAGA. With approximately three trials per year and matters involving multi-seven-figure amounts, this is a practice built around serious litigation.

 

What You'll Do

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Handle pleadings, discovery, and case strategy
• Work directly with clients
• Prepare for and participate in hearings and trials
• You'll receive ongoing training, work alongside experienced trial attorneys, and have support from paralegals and legal assistants.

 

What You Bring

• 5+ years of labor & employment experience
• California Bar license
• FEHA experience preferred
• Deposition and motion experience
• Strong writing and courtroom communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles

 

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000–$200,000+ base salary, plus a 4–5% performance bonus on awards or settlements based on contribution and discretionary bonuses.
