RemX is hiring a Corporate Paralegal for a well-established organization in Irving, TX! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional seeking a full-time, onsite position with a collaborative corporate legal team. Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours
Pay: Up to $32.00/hour, based on experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Draft and review business agreements, contract amendments, and legal correspondence
• Support contract administration, including approvals, execution, and record management
• Identify potential contract risks and escalate concerns to attorneys as needed
• Manage legal department intake requests, matter tracking, and documentation
• Process legal invoices, expense reports, and vendor setup requests
• Maintain legal files, records, and incoming department correspondence
• Assist attorneys with special projects and day-to-day legal operations
• Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive company information
• Prioritize multiple deadlines and provide proactive support in a fast-paced corporate environment

Qualifications

Preferred Background

• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• At least 3 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or similar environment
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant legal experience will be considered

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of contract administration and legal documentation
• Experience drafting legal agreements using established templates and forms
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with limited supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, SharePoint, and electronic signature platforms
