Job Description As a Security Officer Entry Control in Fairless Hills, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Tue 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Wed 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Thur 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Fri 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site‑specific access control procedures, visitor management protocols, and security‑related policies at the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security‑related concerns according to post procedures. Prepare clear reports of daily activities, access exceptions, and/or incident details, and help to deter unauthorized entry through consistent presence and professional interactions. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
