Registered Nurse

Horizons Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will provide assessments, medication administration, and wound and rehab-focused nursing care while supporting personalized care plans that promote dignity, safety, and quality of life.
