Role Description The Organic Search, Senior Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hopkins, MN. This role is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings for client websites. Day-to-day work includes conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, identifying technical and content optimization opportunities, and collaborating with designers, developers, and account managers to implement SEO best practices. The Senior Specialist will create reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure alignment with overall digital marketing goals. This role also involves staying current with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging tools to continuously refine organic search strategies. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to inform SEO strategy and decision-making. Demonstrated proficiency in keyword research and related research methods for understanding audience intent and competitive positioning. Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, other SEO platforms) to monitor and optimize organic performance. Effective communication skills for presenting insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating technical concepts into clear action items. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals, including site architecture, page speed, meta data, and content optimization. Experience managing SEO projects for multiple clients or brands, preferably in an agency or consulting environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
