One of the roles I've been most excited to hire this year is live We're looking for a Website Content Manager at JustGiving. In an ideal world, we're after someone who can write brilliant copy, make sense of messy content, improve customer journeys, think about GEO and help us navigate a world where AI is changing how people discover information online. As Website Content Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how fundraisers, donors and charities experience our digital channels. You'll own and optimise marketing-managed website content, ensuring every page is clear, accessible and effective. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Design and Product, you'll help create engaging customer journeys that drive growth, build trust and make it easier for people to take action. What you'll be doing Own and manage marketing-led website content within our CMS, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and aligned to brand standards Create, publish and optimise landing pages, campaign content and key customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion Lead content governance and publishing best practices, improving how content is structured, maintained and managed across the website Use customer insight, analytics and testing to identify opportunities and continuously improve content performance Partner with Marketing, Design and Product teams to deliver seamless, user-centred website experiences What you'll bring Experience managing website content through a CMS and maintaining high standards of content quality and governance Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling content Knowledge of UX writing, information architecture and conversion-focused content best practices Experience using data, customer insight and experimentation to improve digital experiences and outcomes Strong stakeholder management, organisation and prioritisation skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset This role is fully remote, for someone based in the UK. #J-18808-Ljbffr JustGiving
