Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Las Vegas, NV (100% In-Office, 5 days) Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 Base Salary + 10% Target Bonus + Equity About the Role Randstad is partnering with a premier, publicly traded corporate leader in Las Vegas to find a high-energy, operationally sound Senior HR Generalist / HR Business Partner. In this role, you will partner directly with leadership, optimize HR operations, and drive full-cycle talent acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiting: Source talent via LinkedIn and ADP, conduct screening calls, draft job descriptions, and partner with hiring managers to execute hiring strategies. Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead corporate orientations, manage onboarding checklists, conduct 30-day new hire check-ins, and analyze/escalate background check flags. Process Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies in recruiting, onboarding, and workflow management, presenting scalable solutions to executive leadership. Employee Engagement: Design and execute impactful monthly engagement initiatives within an established budget. Compliance & Audits: Oversee internal control audits, compliance tracking, and HR record maintenance. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 4–5+ years of progressive HR experience within a corporate environment (mid-sized to large, publicly traded companies with 1,000–5,000+ employees required). Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise with ADP Workforce Now (specifically the Recruiting/ATS module) is a top priority to ensure seamless onboarding without extensive system training. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred (tuition reimbursement available). Soft Skills: High energy, proactive mindset, and exceptional cross-functional communication skills across corporate and remote teams.
