Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of center development, owning the pipeline of new locations, driving site selection, and overseeing the full development lifecycle. The role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on improving speed, predictability, and accountability across all expansion efforts. Applicants for the VP of Site Development position at the company must have direct experience in multi-site expansion environments and a strong background in lease negotiation, landlord management, and vendor oversight. The role requires a candidate who can manage timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects effectively. While not mandatory, a background in healthcare or other multi-site service industries, as well as experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments, is preferred.
