Patient Access Specialist: Fast Registration & Financial Care

Stony Brook Medicine is seeking a Patient Access Representative to support our Revenue Cycle and Patient Experience teams. This role involves handling patient registrations, financial screenings, and navigating patient rooms to provide excellent service during critical health events. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree with customer service experience, is able to manage complex workflows under pressure, and must work some weekends and holidays.
