About the Role
The Company is in search of a President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to succeed its current CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader, capable of building on the organization's strong foundation and positioning it for sustainable growth, increased efficiency, and long-term profitability. The CEO will be responsible for leading and supporting an executive team, driving member engagement and retention, and overseeing lending activities. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the company's culture is honored, and that the staff is empowered while guiding the organization through change. The successful candidate will also be expected to continue the company's commitment to charitable work and expand community involvement through outreach, business partnerships, and financial literacy initiatives. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, with a master's degree preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. The role requires a leader who can provide personalized service, build strong relationships, and is dedicated to the financial well-being of the members. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement a strategic growth plan that drives efficiency and profitability, and must be adept at managing a team to achieve these goals.
