Our organization, a prominent gastroenterology practice led by physicians in Albany, New York, is in search of a dedicated and patient-oriented Gastroenterologist to become part of our esteemed team. This role is situated within a top-tier, integrated gastroenterology network that has a significant presence in New York and New Jersey, recognized for its clinical excellence, leadership in the field, and opportunities for long-term career advancement.
We prioritize physician independence while offering the necessary infrastructure, operational support, and scale to enable practitioners to excel in their field. All our physicians are board-certified in gastroenterology and hepatology, with several holding leadership positions at affiliated hospitals and receiving national accolades for their quality of care and outcomes.
Practice Overview:- Established practice featuring 20 Gastroenterologists and 19 Advanced Practice Providers
- Centralized location in Albany, NY
- On-site endoscopy center located within the same facility as clinic offices
- Comprehensive GI services, including Motility, IBD, Hepatology, and Advanced Endoscopy
- Advanced procedures such as POEM and endoscopic bariatrics
- Opportunities available for both General GI and Advanced Endoscopy
- Potential faculty appointment opportunities through Albany Medical Center
- Primarily an outpatient practice model with limited weekend call (3-4 weekends annually)
- Hospital coverage is required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Consideration for both General GI and Advanced Endoscopy-trained physicians
- Welcoming new graduates as well as seasoned professionals
- Strong dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Unrestricted New York medical license and DEA in good standing required
- Early partnership track available (one year)
- Ownership and equity buy-in opportunities in the Ambulatory Surgery Center
