Associate – Radiology Support Services Location: 165 Somerset Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 (Morris Cancer Center) Shift: Evening Pay Range: $17.88 – $25.10 per hour (New Jersey) Job Overview: RWJBH is seeking an Associate for our Radiology Support Services at the Morris Cancer Center. The Associate provides hands‑on assistance in running the day‑to‑day non‑technical operations for the radiology department, including radiology reception and the reading room. The role coordinates all imaging transactions related to examination orders, electronic image files, and report distribution. Responsibilities also include answering phones, routing callers, providing routine information, and performing various clerical tasks. Responsibilities Assist with daily non‑technical operations of the radiology department. Support radiology reception and reading room activities. Coordinate imaging transactions related to exam orders, electronic image files, and report distribution. Answer telephone calls, route callers, and provide routine information to callers. Perform clerical tasks as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel). Typing skills and familiarity with office routines. Strong knowledge of medical and radiology terminology. Prior healthcare experience, preferably in radiology. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience in a radiology or healthcare setting. Knowledge of medical coding or billing (if applicable).
