Financial Advisor

Salary: $180K base w/ unlimited bonus based on performance Position Overview RVW Wealth is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join our Century City office. This role is primarily focused on deepening relationships with existing clients, supporting referrals, and expanding RVW’s reach through high-quality financial planning and coaching. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in managing and growing our 401(k) and corporate retirement plan relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an advisor who values a planning-first approach and wants to make a meaningful impact—especially with clients who are early in their financial journey. Key Responsibilities Build and deepen relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor Engage with client referrals and help expand the firm’s network organically Provide financial planning and coaching to individuals at various stages, including those not yet investing Manage and grow relationships with 401(k) and corporate retirement plan clients Collaborate with internal tax, estate, and business management teams to deliver holistic advice Coordinate with external partners including TPAs, attorneys, and custodians Maintain the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and fiduciary responsibility Why Join RVW Wealth?
