Job Overview

Part-Time - Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES:
This role involves overseeing the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their lifespan, along with managing operational matters during your shift. You will deliver clinical care as required based on patient volume. It is essential to communicate any patient care updates, departmental challenges, and staff issues to the relevant leadership. Additionally, you will act as a resource for staff, offering guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

• EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or an NLC/eNLC Multistate License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  Ideally, candidates will have two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting and a Bachelor’s degree. Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is advantageous. Demonstrated clinical proficiency is also expected.
