AI Program Analyst

Job Overview The AI Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of artificial intelligence programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation in financial services. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive plans for AI programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. Generate and communicate program updates, milestones, and potential impacts to senior leadership. Partner in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Monitor and evaluate program performance against established objectives and key results. Maintain detailed program documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews. Work closely with AI specialists and data scientists to understand technical requirements and facilitate successful program implementation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on AI initiatives. Core Competencies Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the AI space. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts. Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in investment and wealth management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Preferences Agile and/or SAFe training and certifications. Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R). Pay Range $90,680-$136,020 per year. Actual base salary varies based on factors such as relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
