The Injection Molder will operate and maintain injection molding machines within a small team environment, ensuring production quality and efficiency. Reporting directly to the production manager, this role involves hands-on machine setup, molding operations, and troubleshooting while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate injection molding machines
- Operate molding equipment to produce quality parts
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in injection molding
