Independence-Driven DSP: Mentorship & Community Building

Mds Nh in Keene, NH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Purposeful Mentorship & Independence Building program. This part-time role (25-30 hours per week) focuses on guiding a creative 22-year-old male toward major adulthood milestones through meaningful activities and real-world experience.
You will plan community activities, help with independent living skills, and expand his social connections while respecting personal space and boundaries.
