We are YC S25 and growing really fast. We are looking for extremely hungry people.
We are only looking for new grads. Base is $180K.
What You Will Do
- Build AI-powered application features end to end for technicians, sales teams, and operators
- Design agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and evaluations that run reliably in production
- Integrate LLMs with real business systems (CRM, dispatch, call, and field service platforms)
- Ship fast, measure impact with customers, and iterate directly with the founders
Qualifications
- You have a published paper
- You love working in underserved industries
- Your GPA is over 3.7
- You are from a top college
- Strong coding across multiple languages and clear technical communication
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask
Interview Process
- You complete a hard take-home
- You meet with Winston, CEO of the company
- You meet with Alex, CTO of the company
- You come onsite and ensure the team likes you
