The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Engagement and Alumni Relations to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy that fosters strong, lasting connections with its alumni community. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include overseeing alumni programming, affinity groups, the Alumni Association board of directors, and various engagement activities such as student and young alumni programs and the annual Homecoming experience. The role involves leading a team of associate and assistant directors and working in close partnership with various departments to create touchpoints that keep alumni meaningfully connected to the institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong interpersonal presence, be mission-driven, and possess the skills necessary to create and maintain a vibrant alumni network that supports the company's values and goals.
