Manager, Customer Master Data & Governance

The Manager, Customer Master Data & Governance will lead Littelfuse's Customer Master Data program and serve as the business owner for the Informatica platform. This role is responsible for customer data governance, stewardship operations, data quality, hierarchy management, Market BU/Vertical Market assignments, and platform enhancements.

The position will work closely with business stakeholders, customer data stewards, IT, technical resources, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. The role must also remain hands-on, including testing enhancements in development and test environments, validating business requirements, and confirming that Informatica changes meet business expectations before deployment.

Key Responsibilitie s

Customer Master Data Governance

• Own the customer master data governance framework, policies, business rules, and data quality standards.
• Own customer hierarchy governance and the assignment of Market BU and Vertical Market classifications, ensuring consistent reporting, sales alignment, and segmentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer data accuracy, consistency, usability, and governance maturity.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-driven capabilities to improve entity resolution, matching, deduplication, data enrichment, and stewardship productivity while maintaining governance controls and data quality standards.

Informatica Platform Ownership

• Serve as the business owner and functional lead for the Informatica Customer Master Data platform.
• Assist in defining the platform roadmap, enhancement backlog, priorities, and business requirements.
• Manage new data source onboarding, profiling, validation, reconciliation and ongoing monitoring to ensure data quality, completeness, and business readiness.
• Collaborate with Informatica support teams and internal technical resources to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and support platform upgrades.

Stewardship & Data Quality Operations

• Lead customer data stewardship activities, including global shared-service resources supporting day-to-day customer master data maintenance.
• Define stewardship service levels, metrics, controls, and escalation processes.
• Monitor data quality trends and partner with business teams to resolve root causes.
• Ensure customer data remains aligned across enterprise platforms and reporting processes.

Hands-On Business & Platform Execution

• Maintain strong functional knowledge of Informatica MDM capabilities, workflows, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchy structures, and data quality controls.
• Perform hands-on testing and validation of enhancements in development and test environments.
• Support user acceptance testing and confirm solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and platform optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Customer Data Management, Data Quality, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Informatica MDM, Customer 360, or a comparable master data management platform.
• Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to query, analyze, and validate customer master data in support of data governance, stewardship, testing, and data quality initiatives. Advanced database development experience is not required.
• Strong understanding of customer data governance, stewardship, hierarchy management, matching and merging, and data quality processes.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT, technical resources, external partners, and stewardship teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:

$104,400 - $161,760

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
