We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is confident in both diagnostics and repair / replacement solutions . If you're currently working somewhere but looking for better pay, stronger support, and a company that respects technicians , we’d like to talk.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Provide clear replacement solutions when systems are beyond repair
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to service calls and occasional emergency service requests
• Maintain strong customer relationships and professional service

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
• Experience presenting and closing residential system replacements
• Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and professional attitude
