Job Summary and Responsibilities Are you interested in doing peer review within your specialty? Would you enjoy reviewing medical records for standard of care determinations and providing quality improvement recommendations? Acentra Health is seeking peer reviewers with at least 5 years of clinical experience to review medical records and make a standard of care determination. The reports require the peer reviewer to discuss clinical disease processes, published guidelines, overall care provided and QI recommendations. We are seeking: Physicians that specialize in Family Medicine. We are also seeking Physicians with OB experience who render care to obstetric patients (prenatal care as well as labor and delivery care) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an outpatient setting. Qualifications Active unrestricted license Board certification (Physicians only) 5 years' clinical experience as a Family Medicine Physician with 5 years' experience in an outpatient setting. Active clinical practice of at least 20 hours per week Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent written communication skills #LI-RW1 Why us?
