Position Summary: As an Assistant Manager at GDLP Restaurants, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll help build a high-performing team by coaching leaders, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth. This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude with a passion for developing others.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
