Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center:Address: 1350 Sleepy Hill Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810:Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center:Address: 800 E County Rd 540A, Lakeland, FL 33813Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center and Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center. Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF):PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**:This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT.
