As a Field Supervisor, you'll support a team of 10-15 technicians in their pest management objectives with both residential and commercial accounts. You'll also oversee their day-to-day activities and professional development while ensuring the delivery of stellar customer service. You'll provide in-field coaching and 1-1 training, conduct vehicle inspections, run daily team huddles, and even partner with your Branch Manager to interview, hire, and train new team members. Additionally, you will provide safe and effective pest management solutions to evaluate new customers' needs, maximize required performance outcomes, keep records of service activities, and submit reports to management as required. Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful Field Supervisor at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll have 2+ years of pest control experience -or- 2+ years in a supervisor/leadership role. You'll also have...State-issued pest control license or willingness to obtain within 90 daysFlexible availability, including occasional weekends and after-hoursStrong communication skills – both written and verbalA knack for organization and attention to detailThe ability to manage and inspire a teamComfort using tools like Microsoft Office, smartphones, PestPac, and moreBilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)The ability to lift up to 50lbsThe ability to comfortably work indoors and outdoors in various weatherThe ability to safely climb ladders, kneel, and work in tight spaces as neededHeld a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving recordGood oral and written communicationSolid attention to detailLegal eligibility to work in the U.S.High school degree or equivalent Who We Are...
