Exciting Opportunity for Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses Job Description: - Join a beachside acute care hospital with a total of 266 staffed beds! - Work in a dynamic environment with: - 4 antepartum rooms - 9 labor/high-risk rooms - 3 triage rooms - No on-call required; float to postpartum if needed - Responsibilities include: - Fetal Heart Monitoring - High Risk Pregnancy Monitoring - Assisting with C-sections and Vaginal Deliveries - Postpartum duties assigned only if Perinatal RNs are insufficient - Couple care (newborn and maternal) recognized; bonus for additional responsibilities - Local radius of 50 miles; reach out for local rate - Start date: ASAP - Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-timers not accepted - Weekend commitment: Every other weekend - Certifications required: - AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM - ACLS, BLS, NRP, FHM (AHA Certification for ACLS/BCLS) - Willingness to float between like units is necessary - Block schedule accommodations subject to manager discretion - RTO must be included at the time of submission - Guaranteed hours: Facility can call off once per two-week pay period - Shift details: - Day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00) - Scrub colors: - RNs: Navy Blue - L&D/OR/Cath Lab: Provided - Charting system: Epic - Parking costs: - Hang-tag: $10.00 - Key-cards: $35.00 - $38 per pay period at hospital, or $16 per pay period at St. Anne’s Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
