Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Passion for working with students in a school setting
• Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and collaboration with multicultural and multilingual populations
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy sessions
• Participate in the IEP process, including goal setting and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Provide consultation and training for staff regarding communication techniques and interventions
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments and therapy progress
