We’re looking for commitment, integrity, and consistency someone who’s ready to build, not bounce.What We Offer:A stable, growth-oriented dealer group with strong leadershipA competitive pay plan with performance incentivesA supportive team and room to grow into higher rolesA company culture built on trust, accountability, and doing things the right wayJob Summary:The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing vendor relationships, ensuring exceptional service to technicians and customers, and leading a team of parts professionals.Specific Job Duties & Responsibilities:Manage day to day operations of the parts departmentMaintain accurate inventory levels and ordering processesSupervise, train, and coach parts staff for performance and growthSupport the service and collision departments with fast, accurate parts availabilityEnsure parts profitability and departmental goals are met or exceededAnalyze sales trends and manage obsolete inventoryMaintain high levels of customer service (internal and external)Build and maintain vendor relationshipsCollaborate with leadership across all departmentsEnsure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer requirementsProvide reporting on parts performance and inventory healthQualifications:Minimum high school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in a dealership parts department (management preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsProficient with DMS and inventory software (CDK experience a plus)High attention to detail and organizational skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethicWorking Conditions:Primarily indoors with occasional outdoor exposureMust be able to lift parts inventory and navigate warehouse settingsIf you’re ready to lead a department that drives the dealership forward, we want to hear from you.
