Location: 3850 32n Ave South, Grand Forks

This position is for afternoon shift, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm/3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred.

The Opportunity:

The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. This role ensures shelves are stocked,

Responsibilities:

• Ensure top-notch customer experiences on every interaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health standards
• Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly
• Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register
• Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow regulations
• Assist with daily tasks to keep store operations running smoothly
• Handle customer interactions and apply sales strategies to support profitability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
