Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software solutions that support our business needs. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications while following best practices in software development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure software security, data protection, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Java
• Experience with modern frameworks and development tools e.g. Spring Boot
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Understanding of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn new technologies.

Education & Experience

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in software development (internships or full‑time) is a plus but not required for junior roles.
