Positions 2: Junior and Senior Bridge Engineers Target Experience:
- 3-5+ years of Bridge Design Experience
- PADOT/PennDOT (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation) project experience is required
- Experience Developing project plans, specifications, and bid packages
- Ability to lead bridge inspections is a plus
- AASHTO LRFD (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials' Load and Resistance Factor Design) is a plus
- CBSI or Fracture Critical Inspection Certification a plus
- Pennsylvania PE License is a plus
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification is a plus
- Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI) or Fracture Critical Inspection Certification is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree
- Assist in the design and analysis of bridge structures
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and construction documents
- Support the development of project schedules and budgets
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $120,000/year , depending on experience
