Responsibilities:

• Assist the dietary department with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Prepare patient trays according to meal plans, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain accurate records of food service and patient meal intake
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement menus and meal plans
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Assist with tray delivery, serving, and collecting patient trays
• Perform other related duties as assigned
