Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and medical history.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer therapeutic interventions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by fostering strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring open communication throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and deliver holistic care.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care with an emphasis on measurable changes in patient condition and functional capacity, aligning with physician directives.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies to support long-term health goals.
• Achieve established productivity targets and contribute to the business objectives of Tidelands Physical Therapy Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Tidelands Physical Therapy Center, you will treat a diverse clientele, including children with developmental challenges, athletes recovering from sports injuries, and adults with orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will be pivotal in customizing interventions for each patient's unique circumstances, facilitating their recovery journey and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and educate patients.
• Proficient in using word processing and computer systems for documentation and patient management.
• A compassionate disposition with an aptitude for building relationships that empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Experience in one or more specialty areas, such as pediatric therapy, sports rehabilitation, or neurologic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
