Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and best practices in school-based therapy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students exhibiting speech, language, or communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by school and state guidelines
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Foster a positive, engaging, and productive experience for every student
