Global Investment Management Counsel for Funds & Compliance

PowerToFly is seeking a lawyer to join the MSIM legal team in New York. This role involves providing legal coverage across various MSIM business strategies including private funds and registered funds. The successful candidate will collaborate with business partners and review contracts linked to investment management. Pivotal to this role is a J.D. degree and at least 4 years of experience in legal or compliance roles, alongside an understanding of necessary regulatory environments such as the Investment Advisers Act.
