Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Growth Institute, you will undertake a variety of critical responsibilities that focus on providing comprehensive emotional and therapeutic support:

• Maintain precise clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse treatment team to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance treatment outcomes for our patients.

• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Participate actively in case reviews and peer consultation meetings to foster professional development and continuous improvement in care delivery.
